Kobus & Richard Meet
Kobus, born in South Africa with a background in UK equestrian sport, meets Richard before the pair move to continental Europe together.
2019
The Bruges Experience
After years developing brands and franchise concepts for European hospitality chains, they open their own restaurant in the heart of Brugge, Belgium — followed by an underground cellar bar specializing in craft cocktails, beers, gins, and fine wines.
2022
Poured 2 Perfection Founded
Having lived through Friday night queues, inconsistent recipes, staff turnover, and liquor over-pour waste firsthand, they engineer P2P to restore speed, consistency, profitability, and control to venue owners — free of tie.
